From @hawaii’s tumblelog.
It’s funny to see your childhood friends that haven’t aged a bit.
Wrapped up in a nice Christmas Package with a pretty bow before Thanksgiving just like everything else Christmas.

Sigh, it’s shameful that Chuck and Kreg didn’t recognize Portal or Jonathan Coulton’s song “Still Alive” when they saw the video. If only you could have seen the ruckus in the chat room (they didn’t) during the recording of Technorama. Anyway, the show should drop in this feed on or around Thanksgiving. Make sure to call in to the show and voice mail line for next week show when we officially revoke their geek cards.

Photosynth Overhead View from Microsoft Photosynth on Vimeo.
Via @robincapper’s CAD blog.
I’ve played with Photosynth during last year’s pumpkin decoration contest at my office. Photosynth automatically stitches related, overlapping photos into a 3D panorama. There is now a new feature that gives you a bird’s eye view of the photosynth, showing the relative location of where each shot was taken. In many ways it is similar to Google street view. When you have hundred of photos taken by different photographers at various times, the mashup of all the images makes for a really outstanding gallery.

From @encaf1. Bacon flavored glue will make you lick the envelope like a cake mix spoon. I hope glue is good for you, but I’m not holding my breath.
