The most cutting edge architecture always seems to end up in Dubai these days. There are a couple of things that make this project somewhat cooler than the “tallest building in the world” du jour. First, this building design rotates each floor independently, allowing residents to change their view. Second, it will generate about 10 times as much electricity as it consumes through solar panels and wind turbines installed between floors. And third, this building looks like a Jenga puzzle and we all know how much fun that will be and how it will end.
