AT-AT Cake
Found this through Buzzfeed. Sin Desserts put together an AT-AT Imperial Walker groom’s cake for one of their friends. In all, it took about 60 hours to build and represents at least $5000 of billable hours. Also, check out The Flickr photo pool for a lot more pics of the process behind making a cake like this.

Now this is the most novel use of analog clocks I’ve seen. The hands of the clocks arrange themselves to form a digital-esque clock. I wonder if you could program a marquee message this way.
