Star Wars stuff

Still another day to go before A New Hope officially turns 30, but the shmorgasborg of links is already falling into the aggregator. Only a couple of them really stand out.

Insanely detailed papercraft AT-ATs to download via Boing Boing

Just look at the pretty pictures. Do not try to build this to full scale and go rebel hunting. I’ve heard that the gas mileage is worse than a Hummer.

Gasmask Showerhead – Creepiest bathroom appliance ever

A Gasmask Becomes the Most Terrifying Showerhead Ever via Digg

This shower head looks extremely freaky, and not just because it is sure to make you think that someone is watching you shower. For some reason, I am reminded of the aliens from the 80’s War of the World’s TV series. The ones that were crammed into the radioactive barrels of toxic waste. Imagine one of those monstrosities poking its head through the shower wall and barfing on you.
