This is a pretty good roundup of “immortal” characters from mythology / pop-fiction. I can’t help but think that they’re missing some of the favorites from my childhood. Oh yeah, they’re missing The Eternal Warrior from Valiant Comics. It’s too bad Valiant didn’t last long enough to see the current resurgence in comic book heroes. Their Unity-era characters and storytelling make these current day Heroes look like a shallow gimmick.
Come to think of it, the Endless and the Doctor should also be on that list too.
