Project X Lives!

It’s finally time to let the proverbial cat out of the bag.

Today marks the beginning of the podcast political season. Today two veteran podcasters, Chuck Tomasi and Kreg Steppe, have announced their candidacy for the job of PodPresident.

Any PodPresident serves for a term of one year and their responsibilities include bringing stability and direction to the podosphere, listening to needs of the community, and bring to light issues that need addressing. More information on the position can be found at the PodPresident website.

Steam Powered Battery Charger

Found this on Boing Boing. It’s not meant to recharge your AA’s, this puppy charges a 48V bank of batteries and can generate 2 – 3 kW. It burns wood and is used to supplement solar and wind powered generators for a single home in the woods.
