Ice Bucket Challenge

I was challenged to the ice bucket challenge by a friend and instructor of mine at the Gracie Jiu Jitsu school – just a day after my rant. I wonder if they knew… So I donated and did the bucket AND educated people. Like Dave Slusher said, don’t just complain, back it up.
