Special thanks to Lance Heath for getting me to try the iPod reset one more time. Yes, I’ve tried it (and several other crazy key combinations), but this morning it woke up. Perhaps the battery was dead and reset was not responsive, so a combination of Kreg’s idea to charge it over night, and Lance’s suggestion to reset it, brought it back.

The iRiver started out working great at the amusement park yesterday, but for some reason (technical or id10T error) I didn’t get a bunch of clips at first. I switched to the built in mic which lowered the quality, but at least they worked. I’ll be putting together a soundseeing tour in a few days and posting it to the Freestyle feed for you.
