Hi Chuck –
Thanks for the tip on keyboard shortcuts. It would have been even more satisfying, somehow, if you had begun by telling us how to turn on the keyboard shortcuts in settings. I’m not an idiot, but I managed to spend about 5 minutes wondering why the only one that worked was the “/”. (How to turn on the shortcuts is on the Gmail help page.) Other than that, great tip.
Hi Chuck,
Enjoyed the keyboard shortcuts podcast. Like the previous poster I was kinda spinning my wheels until I discovered that my keyboard shortcuts were set to off by default in the G-Mail settings. The use of screenshots for future podcasts would be a plus. Looking forward to future G-Mail podcasts.
